RATIONALE/OBJECTIVES:
Pangasinan State University as one of the State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Philippines and is one PHEIs with active members in the ISSAAS since 2007 is honored to host the 2015 ISSAAS National Congress. The theme for this year’s congress is DISASTER MITIGATION AGENDA FOR AGRI-FISHERY, SCIENCE EDUCATION AND HEALTH. The following are the sub-themes:
