ISSAAS Philippines 2016 National Congress and General Meeting

The Central Luzon State University and the Philippine Carabao Center take pride in hosting the 2016 National Congress. The theme for this year's congress is Confronting the Challenges of Food Security and Environmental Protection through Smart Farming Practices in the Midst of ASEANization. The following are the sub-themes: Food Security; Environmental Sustainability; Smart Farming; and Agricultural Policies & International Studies.
